K9 Cruiser - XL

When i ordered the K9 Cruiser the advertisement said ships in 1 to 2 days. That is not what happened. I thought I would have it before i went on vacation. I called the company and left a message no response. I emailed no response. I was getting worried that I had been scammed. Product finally showed up 17 days after I ordered. It is a nice unit and would a given it a higher rating if the company would of just responded to one of my messages and let me know about when the item was going to be shipped.

It took over 3 weeks to recieve my order. I tried to cancel my order but didnt get a response from the company. Now im trying to return it because it doesnt fit my truck. Im still not getting any response from them. Im paying to ship it back im worried about getting my money back now.

Cheap quality at premium prices. Return policy not honored. No response from seller after various types and multiple contact attempts. Had to report as fraud to bank.
