Ordered and returned because it didnt work for me. Its been over a month since returning and i still havent received my refund! Customer service is no longer responding to my emails. Need to be refunded for both orders placed

Of little use since the REST of my order never arrived. No sign of the backseat platform and harnesses ordered with this and NO reply to my email inquiry. Cheated by this company.
