RuffRover - Single Back Seat Extender

it took a few trips for my dog to get used to being contained in the Ruff Rover but she is doing much better now and I feel that she is much safer when we travel. The only thing I might recommend is that often takes a few extra minutes to get the zippers lined up and zipped. Velcro might work better.

The Ruff Rover Seat Extender is not as described on the website. The side panels don't stay upright, even with the support bars inserted, and both the front and back edges curl downward instead of staying taut. The headrest clips are also very flimsy. The overall construction seems solid, but the attachment design doesn't perform as advertised. I was also disappointed by the included seatbelt clip. The website pictures suggest you'll receive the style shown in the photos, but the actual clip is a much cheaper version. Although it's a free accessory, the listing is misleading. I even ordered an extra seatbelt clip expecting it to match the one pictured, but it didn't. The company should accurately show the accessories that are actually included. I think the company should clearly show the actual accessories included with the product to avoid confusion.

Seat came with no instructions for assembly or installation. Tried to contact them to get them. They sent me instructions for a different seat. They finally sent me instructions for the right seat, however those instructions were incomplete. There are straps that came with the seat that I have no idea where they go. I am going to return the seat. Worst company to deal with ever!
