DISAPPOINTING… DO NOT RECOMMEND
This used to be the BEST lash/brow serum on the market. I did months of research before I first tried it, and I’ve loved it ever since. I’ve been purchasing it religiously since Sept 2025, and one of the things that sold me on this lash serum over other alternatives like Sweed was that Redensyl, the star ingredient, was literally 2nd on the ingredients list. No other lash serum on the market had such a high concentration of Redensyl; most had it diluted, and it would appear halfway thru the ingredients list, or even last. The first time I used this lash serum ever, I literally saw growth overnight! My lashes and brows were not just growing, they were growing in thicker and blacker. I was OVERJOYED. I recommended this to anyone who would listen. I frequently wished this was available in a subscription method, so I could get it without having to think about it.
Fast forward to May 2026, and lo and behold, Reviv Serums decided to change the formula of their lash serum without announcing any changes on their website. They DILUTED the Redensyl, and the formula is absolute garbage now. They added a bunch of other science-y molecules that the formula NEVER even needed, and ruined a perfectly great thing in the process. My lashes are now patchy, I lose between 5-7 lashes a day, and most importantly, they look like SPIDER LEGS!! Instead of long and thick and black, they look like Yzma’s lashes, barely even there bc they’re as thin as gossamers! The consistency of the new formula is incredibly gluey and doesn’t even spread well over my brows. My lashes and brows are SUFFERING. I cannot discourage people enough from getting this so-called “new and improved” lash serum! Don’t do it, save your money, try something else so you don’t look like a clown like me.
I will try to return the two tubes that I ordered… I hate when companies do this, it’s so irritating. Please Reviv Serums, BRING BACK THE OG FORMULA. DON’T DILUTE THE REDENSYL.
