Have ordered multiple pens through Dr. Pen and we love it. We had an issue with one of them and I was a bit worried how it would be handled but the warranty department executed the process seamlessly and makes me more confident in the purchasing more in the future.

I am not sure if it is a learning curve, but I have had issues keeping the cartridge in place. It keeps wanting to pop out if I use the plastic wrap. It also seems a bit more intense in the levels of rpm than my last pen, maybe due to it being brand new.
