Roasted Garlic Wedge

The Roasted Garlic Wedge was the first DARE cheese we fell in love with! It was served to us at a wine bar in Asheville, NC. We were so complimentary of it the server said, “Well if you like that cheese, they also make the best Pimento Cheese spread which you can get at Diatribe Brewing Company in West Asheville.” We said, “Cheese and Beer!?! We are there!” We’ve loved DARE cheese ever since.

Tasted like garlic cream cheese.

This is great cheese for people who are lactose intolerant like me. I LOVE garlic and this is very good. I don't use a whole lot each time so the wedge lasts me quite a while. Really like it!
