The chair looks good is also very comfortable but has difficulty with the drive control. I found the chair does not turn well and in fact has to almost stop forward motion beforehand it will begin to turn. I found this very disconcerting in control and use of the chair. Yesterday I tested one of the new ultralight carbonfibre frame which has a computer controlled joystick, this is a significant improvement on the older system. I was ready to purchase one of these but unfortunately the armrests don't match body position. They are too low leaving no support for the elbow and your body leaning over whichever side you place the control unit. There is also an horizontal bar at your lower back level which is uncomfortable. If this could be fixed I would purchase one today no questions. This is a very honest appraisal of both chairs. I have exchanged my chair for a different model.

The wheelchair appears to be well constructed and the motors work efficiently. The wheelchair folding action is easy to achieve and with correct hoist for the cat is just what I had hoped for. The joystick takes a little getting used to not all in all I am satisfied with the product
