What I love about this company is the extraordinarily good communication and service. I didn’t like this curtain and said so in an earlier review. I also complained about unclear return policies (the company management should have complained about my lack of digital facility and lack of completely reading their website). I received an immediate email and subsequent ones that showed good faith efforts to resolve my issues. It didn’t change my not wanting the curtain hanging in my bathroom but they sorted that with me and I’d do business with them in a heartbeat (if they would with me). I have not run across such excellent customer service in a long while.
