Dried Organic Black Currants

I wanted to try them since I've never had any before. They are quite tart and will require sweetener to actually eat, so I don't really like them too much.

Northwest Wild Foods never disappoints in quality. Their dried berries are better than anyone else's. The currants themselves are very sour, which is to be expected, and hopefully they benefit my eyes the way I want. They do taste good if you add some sweetness to balance things out.

These black currants were exploding with flavor! I will definitely be buying more.
