Fresh Frozen Idaho Huckleberries

I ordered these after striking out in the mountains as I tried to forage for my own huckleberries for a magazine article I'm working on. Everything arrived still perfectly frozen with dry ice, even in 97-degree weather. Each bag holds 1.5 pounds, so a 3lb order is 2 bags. I made huckleberry barbecue sauce last night, and Tuesday is huckleberry tiramisu.

I disliked the fact that tye FedEx driver delivered the box upside down and disnt take more care to put it the way the arrows showed. Dealing with Northwest was awesome.

This company is awesome. A shipping issue that was not their fault resulted in defrosted berries upon arrival. The company re-shipped me my order the next business day, the second delivery was successful and everyone I talked to the company on the phone was wonderful.
