This was my first taste of juneberries & the NW wild foods description in their catalog is quite accurate. It's fantastic having a new delicious berry to enjoy. What really makes me happy is the eco-friendly compostable/recyclable packaging it arrives in. I would definitely re-order.

9 lbs Saskatoon berries

I was pleased with how quickly my juneberries (saskatoon berries) arrived. They were packed well and still very frozen upon arrival. The berries themselves were in great shape, they were not crushed nor were unripe, and I could tell they have been kept firmly chilled throughout their storage as the berries had not clumped together from thawing and refreezing. I used these berries in wojapi and they quickly became my favorite berry, both in their ease to cook with and their flavor.

Great Juneberries (Saskatoons)

I grew up in North Dakota where we call these Juneberries, and Juneberry pie was a family favorite. These berries are delicious, and the 1.5 lbs. bags are perfect for a pie. Even in California now, Juneberry pie remains a favorite!
