Although I’m not able to physically see how this prenatal is helping our baby develop in my womb at the moment … I have noticed my nails growing long & stronger than they used to be! I’m also noticing my hair is growing faster & my skin has stayed clear for longer than it has been in the past. This encourages me that there must be healthy & strong development also happening inside my womb with our baby! I’d recommend, as I was also recommended by a sweet friend! If you have the means, I’d go the 3 month supply, as it does come out cheaper per bottle. :)
