I honestly really enjoy using this after a heavy sweat day or a long run in the Kentucky heat! It’s a wonderful product and I notice a stark difference in how I feel the next day (not as depleted). Definitely worth the try!

As a new mum and starting to push new limits at the gym, I was looking for an electrolyte that would help, and girl, does it deliver! I can tell the difference having this! I love the flavour. It’s not too sweet, just the perfect balance. And my recovery has been better since starting it! My only problem is, I love it so much, I drink it too quickly!

Strawberry and kiwi flavour is very sweet but after having every day for the last week I’ve grown to love this flavour and will be buying again.
