I have this as a hot drink before bed. No more restless legs for me since I’ve been drinking it. Tastes good and feels like a beneficial treat at the end of the day.

I'm not used to healthier hot choc options tasting so sweet so it took me a while to get used to it but now I'm enjoying this so much. I've been having it before bed on cozy nights and I definitely sleep well the nights I have this. but also the taste is so comforting and yummy
