I’m a fan of the pineapple greens and when it came time to add this into my routine figured would try the NH one. No bloating and mixes in fine with the greens. Easy addition to the daily routine.

I’ve been really happy with the Creatine Monohydrate. I love that it’s such an easy addition to my daily routine and supports me in staying consistent with my fitness goals. The quality is great, it mixes easily, and it’s become a staple in my wellness routine. As someone balancing work, motherhood, and trying to look after my health, I love products that are simple, effective, and easy to maintain every day. Definitely a supplement I’ll continue using!

Unflavoured Creatine

After originally purchasing the wild berry creatine which was amazing it was out of stock when I needed to replace, so order the unflavoured creatine but have been a little disappointed. I’ve found it’s so much more chalky & doesn’t mix as well as the mixed berry! Next time I’ll remember to order 2 mixed berry:)
