A life changing product, but noticed changed in softness

My first disc was the sea fog colour which lasted me a good 4.5 YEARS before I decided it was time to retire it. I’d bought the bubblegum colour September last year as a back up disc and only cracked it open to use it recently. There’s definitely a change in the product material, the bubblegum’s rim is extra stiff, which makes taking in and out of the disc quite painful—which has NEVER happened with the previous disc. Frankly, I’m quite disappointed about this change. Hopefully the future batches will be softer.

This is so easy to use! I have already sent it to my friends. Its weird at first to get going but one you have you will never go back. As someone with an iud its so easy to use and it holds so much longer than pads or tampons and not feeling that wetness you get with pads is a added bonus. Good for you and the planet. Whats not to love!

Hello, Hello! I was excited to use the Hello Disc after seeing Kim Rosas on YouTube and was intrigued by the design, however, the Hello Disc didn't end up working for me. The disc was difficult and painful to insert, the pull tab was also painful and uncomfortable no matter which way I had worn it, and when I took the disc out it was extremely messy, and worst of all it leaked. I had laughed at work and it caused a flood, when I went to the bathroom to check, the flood had leaked over my pad and down my legs. When I removed the disc I got blood all over my hand, like a large amount of blood. This situation was mortifying and difficult to clean up. I really really wanted to like this product but it was just to uncomfortable and didn't end up working the way I needed it to. I had used the Flex Reusable Disc before and it was better for me, it wasnt painful to insert, uncomfortable to wear or messy to remove. It also held more contents. Im sorry, I really wanted to like the product.
