This item should have been included as part of the original packaging (like it comes with for mentrual cups). It shouldn’t have to be bought separately, unless is as a replacement.

Great but it keeps on leaking and kidna hard to sue on the first day

I love my hello disc! I previously used a menstrual cup but it wasn't always comfortable. The disc however is always comfortable! I don't even notice it. I found it pretty easy to insert even on the first try. It holds a lot of blood. It's easy to remove. It's everything I wanted it to be.
