Going gluten free?

Unfortunately I have to go gluten free and been having a hard time finding a good flour substitute until I can across a Pinterest recipe for a good tasting gluten free wrap. Now im not going to say its the same but I will say that it has a great taste and satisfactory texture. I highly recommend and will continue to use as my new go to for baked goods.
