8 Channel 4K Bluetooth DVR with 1TB Hard Drive and 4 Wired 4K Spotlight Cameras with Audio Alerts and Sirens

We had to replace our old system since it no longer is supported by Night Owl. Will advise if this has less memory and black out issues

The product is great as it has been with the systems I have purchased in the past. The app is not as good as the old night owl app for play back on your phone. It has about 3 stars What did strike me as terrible and almost made me rethink buying it was the customer service rep. Wait time went from 2 minutes to 5 then to 10 then to matter than 20 then the rep answered but did not seem to be dedicated to just my call I had to keep asking if she was still there. That would get her attention for as long as it took to answer my question then silence again. Finally after asking are you still there I figured they were too busy so I hung up and completed my purchase without troubling then further. Customer service I would give maybe 1 star.
