Red Light Therapy Blanket

Horrible and extremely disappointing experience with Bon Charge. The product arrived with a very strong chemical smell, and after contacting customer service, I was repeatedly told to keep airing it out and give it more time—even just days before the 30-day return period expired. I trusted their advice because I genuinely wanted the product to work. I was then denied the return because the return period had expired. I can’t speak to their intention, but being told to keep trying a $1,500 product and then having the expired deadline used against me feels incredibly misleading. I’ve contacted them repeatedly and nobody from management has even attempted to resolve the situation. I’ve purchased other Bon Charge products before, but after this experience and the complete lack of customer care, I would be extremely cautious about making an expensive purchase from this company.

Best purchase ever

Love my all of my Bon Charge purchases. I have the Infrared Sauna blanket and the Red-Light Therapy blanket. I use the Red-light Therapy blanket almost every day. Bon Charge makes amazing products, that really work.

I ordered the wrong item and because a discount code was applied by the merchant automatically because of the day I happened to make my purchase, I was told that I wasn't allowed to get a refund ( the item I do want is half the cost of the wrong item I purchased) only store credit and exchange.
