It was niceto be able to fix something and not just toss the broken popcorn popper! It all fixed perfectly and appreciate yhe improvements to the bottom stirrer!

Sent replacement for defective first part but that fell off during installation. And didn’t communicate that they were sending replacement, so I thought they were unresponsive and then part arrived. My husband ended up heating up connected stamped end and stamping it together the factory connection on these parts went strong enough to hold connection. I guess if that comes undone he’ll weld it. I’m assuming the company got a bad batch and we got two cables from that batch. Original order was sent quickly that why I gave three stars, rather than less. Giving them kudos for speed of order, 5 stars and less for quality check of replacement parts, hopefully this batch is isolated incident.
