Linzer Tart Cookies

From what I could tell, the cookies I ordered would have been really good. What was shipped was exactly what I ordered. They were almost 2 weeks old by the time they arrived. They appeared to be packaged really well and only a handful were broken. Biscotti Dolce uses United States Postal Service (USPS) for their basic shipments. The mail hubs (at least in my state) have been chaotic for over a year, so I cannot lay all the blame on the company. They have a disclaimer that they are not responsible for shipping problems. Their customer service was responsive to both of my contacts with them, even if they didn't offer to make it right. If I lived within two or three hours of NYC, I'd probably order again.
