Electrolytes+ Liver Health

Thank you, Zooki! Your electrolytes are an excellent product. In hot weather, we sweat profusely without even realizing it. The body uses up its internal water reserves to cool the skin, and along with that moisture, we lose minerals and trace elements such as magnesium, potassium, sodium, and zinc. The body attempts to eliminate excess substances, but dehydration sets in, placing a strain on the heart; the blood thickens, and blood sugar levels rise. We experience fatigue and a loss of energy, while the thyroid gland—which regulates body temperature—begins to work at its limit. Iron deficiency can lead to a rapid heartbeat and dizziness. We all need to pay close attention to our body and taking care of myself in the heat. That’s exactly why I bought electrolytes from you, and I can say they are a real lifesaver.

Really good flavour! Hopefully it is doing me good. I am now drinking a lot more liquid than I was. Will keep on using it to ensure a healthier life!

A little disappointed 🙁

Absolutely no complaints with customer service, delivery time etc but the product itself was a little disappointing. Despite me keeping the sachets in a tin within a cool dark cupboard a lot of the sachets have formed clumps that won’t dissolve in water and leave a foul tasting/smelling grainy residue at the bottom of the glass.
