After my first review, the company reached out to me. I had no idea that they reached out to me until today. But I went back into my email and I see that they sent me two emails. They profusely apologized to me for sending me a dying and dead plant. And they sent out a replacement as soon as they were possibly able. I received the replacement today much to my surprise. I just have to say the replacement plant is absolutely beautiful, I will include a photo. I wish that I knew how to remove the one-star review, but I don't so I will leave this five-star review instead.
