I received my order and the box had clearly been smashed by UPS and the tip of the knife was severely bent. I emailed Tony to see what my options were and he responded in 4 minutes and a new order was placed in 8 minutes for a replacement knife. On top of that it was Friday afternoon so even more impressive. As for the knife, it was extremely well balanced in the hand, and testing the sharpness of the rest of the blade it was razor sharp. Between the customer service and the quality of the knife I will definitely be ordering more knives from here.

Excellent cleaver for the price

Got my Dao Vua cleaver in recently and it's one of the best knives I've ever owned in its price range. It came wicked sharp(paid for the sharpening, Tokushu did a good job) and clean. The handle is sturdy and feels good in the hand. I like the patina on the back half of the blade, gives it character. 5/5 I'm probably getting a few more of their carbon steel knives in the future.
