this ceiling cassette is virtually silent, heating and cooling perfectly. The whole process is for the average to above average home owner, though looking back it was even simpler than it seemed. Great product so far!

So far, this is a review of the process of purchasing the mini split since it has not arrived yet. I did have a question about delivery and it was answered promptly. I’ll update this review once I receive and test the unit however, based on the research, I’ve done in the great track record of this device. I’m confident it will remain at five stars.

Details are important

Purchased a 18K btu split system. Ordered 50 foot line set. Received unit, 50 foot line set, and 30 foot cable from outside unit to cassette. Spent close to $100 to purchase additional wire and accessories to extend cable. Seller needs to review details so customer has everything necessary for installation.
