This honey is delicious! Add it to tea, drizzle over pancakes, in desserts, or on low fat ricotta cheese on seed bread for a tasty, healthy breakfast! We’re also looking forward to trying it in cocktails this winter. This Christmas season, I brought it as a hostess gift instead of the typical bottle of wine and they loved it!

This is the most versatile, most delicious sauce we’ve ever enjoyed. We got it because we love Red Clay chili crisp but this works on meat, poultry, fish-even tried it on some potatoes and it was amazing. Just buy it-but buy 2 because they make it in small batches and once you try it, you will never want to be without.
