Orange Roughy has a mild flavor, delicate texture and firm white flakes that hold their shape during cooking. Wild-caught in New Zealand, these 6 oz. fillets are excellent baked, broiled, pan-seared or lightly breaded and fried.

Oceanside has wonderful seafood. Always fresh and quick delivery . The crabcakes were delicious. Good seafood is expensive and these frozen products are worth the money.

Best fist ever
I served this fish between white rice and ratatouille and it was the best tasting fish I think I have ever had. I loved the taste and the texture and will definitely order it again.

Great
Never had orange roughy before, saw the great reviews on here so figured we'd try it. It was awesome! Not too "fishy", great texture, amazing in the air fryer coated in breadcrumbs with lemon rice
