Poor experience

Ordered online with expectation of delivery within 3-5 business days. Delivery never came so I checked with carrier and was told it was still in transit A WEEK AFTER EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE. emailed customer support at Magic Resin and was told they were looking into it, but had no response for another week. No other option but to dispute with my cc to get a refund. Too bad because I really wanted to try out the product.
