Deep pour?

I poured a 8"wide, 72" long and 1 1/2" deep pour with the temperature in the mid 70's. After two hours it was still liquid. Forty five minutes later it was solid an so hot it cracked. At the margin of the wood and the epoxy it was all bubbles. This is the seventh river table I've made and never experienced anything like this.
