Orange Blossom Water

Not as expected

I was really excited about this product and didn’t hesitate to order. Unfortunately, the flavor is odd and I can’t imagine how I’m going to be able to incorporate it into any dish or beverage.

We needed this ingredient to make Almond Bostock, a brioche treat in Cook's magazine. The quality is excellent. I'm experimenting with figuring out how to use it to flavor drinks too, as we have much more than the recipe calls for. It has a bitter note that needs to be offset with sugar but should pair nicely in a lemonade spritzer kind of thing.

I am in love with the orange blossom water. tempted to spray all over my body but am using in with a pistachio banana bread recipe. The flavor and smell is divine. I look forward to trying my rose water next. THANK YOU!!!
