Pomegranate Molasses

I recently made the beet and lentil salad with ginger and pomegranate molasses dressing. I am not a fan of ginger so I omitted it. The salad, even without the ginger, was very good. The dressing made the salad very enjoyable. I am looking forward to trying more recipes, especially the ones that have pomegranate molasses as an ingredient!

My new favorite drizzle and taste bud bomb. On roasted veggies or anywhere i previously used balsamic glaze. Or just on a spoon!

This is a delicious, high quality ingredient. I used it for the first time as part of a tasty dressing for the beet and lentil salad from The Mediterranean Dish Simply Dinner. I enjoyed the salad for a tasty, filling, and healthy lunch all week. I look forward to using pomegranate molasses in more recipes!
