Irrigation automation using Smart Motorized Valve

I use the Smart Motorized Valve to control my outdoor water use with Home Assistant. When my rainwater cisterns are full, the valve closes and forces the irrigation to use collected rainwater. When the rainwater cisterns are depleted the valve opens and lets the irrigation use town water.

Unit shows it’s linked to Wi-Fi and hub. But I can not get it to open or close with app. I’ve reset, change batteries. I’m at a loss.. Next is to call support.
