The shipping and packaging was HORRIBLE and the product wasn't sealed per their website directions, whicha apparently don't apply to this product. As a first time buyer, how am I to know this product hasn’t been tampered with en route to me?? I ordered on the recommendation of my barber, but never again. You get what you pay for.
Note: I ordered another beard cream and at least they cared enough about their packaging, which game me confidence I was receiving a product they cared about me having. This conpany didn’t care. No return. No refund.
Buyer beware.
