Love the shoe but love the customer service even more

I had been searching for quite awhile for a comfortable, slightly chunky tasseled loafer and these fit the bill perfectly. The price was great and the shoe is pretty comfortable. I’m a teacher and I can wear them all day no problem. The band across the top is snug but being all leather, over the month I have been wearing them they have loosened up enough so it is not uncomfortable across the top of my foot. The sole is comfortable and supportive. But BEST of all was the incredible customer service from Plum Bottom. They were out of stock in my size, but communication was quick and personal, they were able to get more in stock within a couple weeks, emailed me right away when available, and sent the shoes out with a personal note the same day I ordered. Amazing! Thank you to the incredible owners and staff!

Finally found the cutest loafers ever!

I’ve been looking for 2 years for a great loafer I can wear to work and one that would also look cute with jeans. These are it! They have the “not too clunky but just the right amount of clunky” look I love, they are genuine leather so they breathe better than the non leather shoes, and they are super light! They look heavy but they are not but are still substantial. Well made shoe and true to size. I wear a 38 or 7.5/8 and the 38 fit perfect! These loafers are worth it…get them while you can!
