I purchased this to help my daughter with seasonal allergies. She can’t swallow pills so this was a perfect solution. I make her a drink every morning with electrolytes and vitamin C and so far she’s been doing great with her seasonal allergies. Not gone 100% but she likes the taste of so it’s a win
