They best when you are sick with upper respiratory. As soon as I feel a cold or sinus coming on I start to diffuse in my bedroom makes me feel 100% better. When I worked I rubbed on the bottom of my feet great protection worked in the medical field.

I cannot love this enough! The smell is awesome and I had several people comment they also liked it. I mixed with FCO and put on my temples, jugular, wrists and would rub the remaining oils on my arms. I use it on my feet at night. I smell the clove a lot, but it is a great mixture of everything. It is one I will keep buying. If you like the “hotter” fragrances, this is a very good one with great benefits!! I posted in Dec about getting this to help immunity while traveling out of the country…. So far so good!! Highly recommend!
