Helichrysum Gymnocephalum Review

I started using this essential oil in my diffuser. It has a pleasant, almost sweet/fragrant aroma. I’ve also begun mixing it with Frankincense and a carrier oil to rub on my sore ankle. I have found that it has some therapeutic value, for up to several hours. It doesn’t completely remove the pain, but it does reduce it. I like this oil.

Switching to RM

I use Helichyrum in a blend I make and was unsure how it would work it switch brands.Pleased to report it works beautifully. I’m planning to switch all my oils to RM.
