I purchased these to use with the Earmen L amp MK2. I have the Mega5est and I wanted an iem that would be a good upgrade to them. And they are. The bass is tighter more controlled and clearer. The midrange is so clear I can hear the faint exhalation of breath in the vocals on the album 'till we meet again' by Christian Loffler. There is a degree of depth and separation I have not heard before in my music. My only critique is that they might sound a bit too clinical on a bright sounding Dac/amp. And are not as smooth or as totally immersive as the Mega5est, so I am glad I have both, one for studio monitor listening sessions and the other for sheer pleasure & enjoyment. They were in-stock when I placed my order with Elise and they were delivered in 24hrs. I have used Elise a lot during the past 2 years due to their competitive prices, fast delivery and are UK based.
