The IEM arrived within expected timescale. The included optional 4.4 balanced connection, which I prefer, had a broken pin and did not work. I reported this to Elise and received a replacement connector within a few days. I am pleased with the design and the sound of the Daybreak.

What can I say, I did a lot of research before buying these and thrilled to find a UK based partner, I messaged them for a bunch questions and they were straight on it. As for the Daybreaks, well I have nothing to compare them to, but I can say they are really really good, everything the reviews say are bang on. For context I am using them with some old IOS devices that still aux jacks and with the apple adapter on my newer iPhone. They sound phenomenal, next step will be to either buy a dac or dap, still not sure, might have to pop down to try a few out. Will definitely buy from Elise again.
