Nicely balanced
I went to Elise Audio with the intention of buying the Crinear Daybreak. I tried it first and was pleasantly surprised by how balanced it was with a slight lean towards more base.
I tried the Reference next and was really impressed by the improved level of detail and clarity. The fit of the iem was perfect, the tips provided are good though I find the short bores fit better for me than the standard tips. Treble is also really good hear and I tend to be sensitive to the higher frequencies and expect to EQ them down a few notches. I haven't had to even think about doing that with the Reference.
I love this iem and never leave the house without it.
