Native Creatine

Just started

I just started taking the creatine, but have high hopes it will help improve my energy so I can get back to do some good weight training exercises. I’m 71 yrs old and want to improve my overall strength and stamina so I don’t end up feeble and in a wheelchair as I age. I am taking it in a cold glass of water first thing in the morning. It does have a slight bitter taste, but chugging the water down first thing is easy to do, makes the bitter taste tolerable and gets me hydrated first thing in the morning.

We have just begun . . .

This morning I took my ninth drink of the Creatine. My wife took her eleventh; the Creatine arrived at our home while I was away. My wife reports that she seems to feel more energy. My wife is 68 years old. I am eighty years old. In my younger days, I regularly trained with weights. I had continued training as I got older, albeit with lighter weights because my location changed, and I needed to be content with lesser weight equipment. But, I was fairly content with my routine. There came circumstances that I was unable to weight-train at all for a period of approximately three and a half months. Upon returning to my training routine, I was deeply disappointed; I felt as if I had no strength at all. But I persisted, and have made some progress, but not to the degree I would like. Now I have begun to take the Creatine, in hopes of enjoying some progress. A little early to tell, but I may be inching forward. For some reason, I feel as if I’ve noticed some internal changes that may be translating into more strength. We shall see. Regardless, I thank you for your product.
