It took me a while to get a Brewing this Irish red however, it came out fantastic little sweet, but I’m very impressed with brew.

My New "Go To" Beer

I love this Beer!!!! This is the third time I have made it. It is extremely easy to drink and a favorite of mine. It has a great flavor with just enough hops. I am not a fan of overly hoppy beer, but I don't want it to taste like water either. This recipe is perfect for my pallet.

I love Irish and Scottish Ales, and this easily ranks in the top three of ones I’ve brewed. I had added just a touch of hops to make up for the loss in bitterness from being at high altitude. So I’m very happy with the way it turned out.
