Bought two shieldex units last fall. They worked for 2 and a half months before they both died. Skeptically ordered replacement bulbs in spite of all the bad reviews about them a week ago. Yesterday I replaced the original bulbs with the replacements I ordered and they don't work. The reviews were right. I never should have ordered them. Very disappointing! I will look to buy other big traps elsewhere. These are not dependable.

Update to my last review of Shield Deck when I had received two refill light bulbs that did not work.
After contacting the company through email they sent me two brand new bug zappers to replace the bulbs that didn't work. More than I had asked for this is a good company that will respond to customers problems and do what they can to make it right. Thank you Shield deck I appreciate it!! 😁

The bulb was packed in a flexible paper envelope and arrived broken. Shieldeck does not respond to emails and their phone is disconnected. Do not buy!!!
