The verdict is still out. It took me several days to get logged into the site just to start the paperwork. The site kept telling me it had sent a code but I never recieved it. After several emails and a phone call, I finally received a code. So it's been 19 days and I haven't heard anything about the bloodwork orders and I have no idea what or if anything is happening. Maybe it's all me, time will tell.
