Rushmore Rose USA Flagpole Kit

Package shipped through Amazon. I did not order through Amazon. Package was left in an unused area of our facility, and we were not notified it had been delivered. Not sure how long it stayed outside, and the package was delivered damaged and missing all hardware. Which was ultimately delivered a week or so later after going back and forth in email. I am very unhappy that the tube to be placed into the ground for support is made of "cheap plastic" and the part on top of the flagpole is also make from "cheap plastic". These "cheap plastic" parts will not last 2 winters before becoming brittle and broken. The website does not mention anything made from plastic. It clearly states 18-gauge steel. Also, the second flag in the offer is a waste of money. The only good thing is it all says, "Made in the USA". I thought by going straight to the company this would be a better experience. My mistake.

I requested before my pole shipped to have my order canceled. After EMMA from Customer service team replied to my emails she still allowed the item to ship out. Almost a month later of games being played over email, it's clear Emma, and therefore RushmoreRoseUSA aren't going to be refunding me for my order due to their error. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone purely for thr TERRIBLE response in customer service from Emma, alone. Since she's the only one responding via the help replies, it's pointless to contact with any issues. Id hate to contact them with any damage that mighr occur under "warranty". With reps like Emma as the contact person for issues, the customer has zero help or assurance they'll be helped out. I'm hugely disappointed that I purchased my item without finding out what Emma and their company were like beforehand. Truly disappointing experience.
