The product has been flawless and high quality plus my dog loves it. We had an issue with USPS. They said the package was delivered and it was not. I emailed K9 Ops, 9pm, had a response within 30 minutes. K9 Ops said they would ship a new package no problem if USPS could not figure out their issue. Package came the next day, it had been mistakenly marked as delivered. K9 OPs was great, can’t wait to order again.

These replacement ropes are exactly what I needed! Been using one of the two I ordered for a month now and my K9 still hasn’t destroyed it yet. Granted he hasn’t been left unsupervised with it but still, rope from Lowe’s only lasted a few weeks so I’ll take this as a win!
