Sent rejected bag, didn’t respond when I notified them.
I got a bag that had been obviously unstuffed unzipped and just thrown back in the box to return. No one had looked at it and made sure that it looked like it should. So I contacted them and let them know and they haven’t gotten back with me. it would have been nice to get a bag that look like it was new in the box. I love the waist packs, gave mine to my daughter-in-law because she loved it too. This was my replacement as someone who had bought several bags from madden, I was disappointed at no response. Otherwise I love the product.
