Love it

This may be my new favorite dress. The slight v neck is so flattering, the smocked bodice fits great (it's long enough!), and the skirt is flowy and lined. I initially sized down because of the smocking and some of the reviews and it fit but was a little snug under the arms and on the elastic so I exchanged for my true size and it fits like a dream.

Love love LOVE!

I really love the fit of the Teagan. I have the green one, but I think this one is even better! The blue gingham is a much lighter fabric with a beautiful flow to it. I am forever a Teagan fan!
