The Aspen

Beautiful and Comfortable to use

I have bought the Andar Aspen in a few colors over the years and it is hard to pick a favorite. I had the tech wave blue and loved it so much, I bought the matching MagSafe wallet. I have long wanted to try the red, so I finally pulled the trigger on it and it is stunning. It is truly hard to pick a favorite color as Andar does color so beautifully. I can’t wait to keep trying more colors! What I love abut Andar’s leather products is the beautiful patina you get with them over time. This Aspen case has plenty of screen lip and lip around the cameras to provide protection. The case has metal buttons and a metal rim around the camera, which adds to the overall look and feel. The buttons are super clicky and are some of my favorite buttons on any phone case. The camera control works well with zooming and other uses. Everything has a satisfying click sound and feel. Overall, the Andar Aspen is my favorite phone case and has been for a few years. It is well-made, feels great in hand, produces ample protection, and has great buttons. If there has ever been a question I’ve had, customer service has been responsive and helpful. I highly recommend.

I would have appreciated care instructions for people new to leather. The small action button is not straight and the phones bezels show from the front. The leather does feel nicer than hard plastic though. Worth it because I was able to get this and leather cream for under $50. I wouldnt use strong magsafe accessories on this as it will leave a mark.

Even better than expected

I was a long time fan of the Apple leather case and was pretty disappointed when it was discontinued. I suffered through a few screen scratches as I went case-less for some time. When I saw the Andar case I hoped it would at least somewhat be like the Apple case. It was better and I will always be wrapping my iPhone in Andar from now on!
